WePiggy’s Improvement Genesis Proposal WIP0 Voting Begins

WePiggy’s governance voting system goes live

To ensure that the general will of the WePiggy community can be truly reflected, any improvement proposal of WePiggy should be validated by community voting.

At the same time, in order to ensure the efficiency and convenience of WePiggy’s governance procedures. The WePiggy core development team has developed WePiggy community’s own governance voting system based on Snapshot, a voting system widely used in the DeFi field, and it was officially launched today.

WePiggy’s system will record the pending harvest WPC that users should get if they have participated in liquidity mining program.

Therefore, although WePiggy’s governance token WPC has not been distributed to each mining address yet, users still have corresponding voting rights.

Genesis proposal WIP0 voting begins

In order to make all members of the WePiggy community clearly understand the whole picture of WePiggy’s governance, core principles of WePiggy governance and how to use WIP to participate in WePiggy’s improvements, the WePiggy core development team initiated a discussion on genesis proposal WIP0 in the governance forum last week.

After days of publicity, WIP0 has now entered the formal voting stage.

We hope all community members who have participated in the liquidity mining program and have pending harvest WPC in system, will participate in the voting!

WIP0 is the genesis proposal for WePiggy’s governance. This proposal attempts to expound the definition, significance and scope of WePiggy’s governance, clarify the goals and basic principles of WePiggy’s governance, standardize the interaction nodes and proposal process of WePiggy’s governance. Lastly, it provides a template for WePiggy improvement proposal.
