WIP12: WePiggy’s Specific Plan for Deploying on the BSC Mainnet

WIP12 Abstract

In this proposal, the core development team proposes a specific plan for WePiggy to be deployed on the BSC mainnet, and makes appropriate explanations to the relevant content to clarify the specific reasons and motivations as much as possible.
