WIP4: Close Some Partnership Mining Pools and Add the Airdrop Reward Reserve Pool

WIP4 Abstract

According to the feedback from the community, the core development team proposes to stop the mining incentives of partnership mining pools with long-term underperformance of TVL, and explain the specific rules.

At the same time, in response to the voice of the community, the core development team proposes to add the airdrop reward reserve pool, and clarifies the specific purpose of the pool and its weight.
