According to the feedback from the community, the core development team proposes to stop the mining incentives of partnership mining pools with long-term underperformance of TVL, and explain the specific rules.
At the same time, in response to the voice of the community, the core development team proposes to add the airdrop reward reserve pool, and clarifies the specific purpose of the pool and its weight.
Therefore, this proposal involves voting on two actions:
Action 1: Close some partnership mining pools with long-term underperformance of TVL
Action 2: Add the airdrop reward reserve pool

Option 1: For Action 1 and Action 2
Option 2: For Action 1, against Action 2
Option 3: Against Action 1, for Action 2
Option 4: Against Action 1 and Action 2
The core development team will implement this proposal according to the option with the most votes in this voting.
