Voting group: WPC holders on Ethereum, OKC, BNB Chain, Polygon, HECO, Arbitrum, Optimism, Moonriver, Harmony, Oasis Emerald, Aurora and Moonbeam mainnet.

Voting power calculation:

The system will take snapshots of all user addresses at 0:00 every day, and calculate the total amount of WPC held by each user on all chains.

The voting power of each user in this voting is based on the snapshot taken at 0:00 on the voting day, one WPC one vote.
